Yes. Change orders link to the parent job, get sequential CO numbers, and on customer e-signature automatically update the booking total. The customer approves the change order before work proceeds, so scope and price changes are documented and the next progress invoice reflects them.

Can I bill in progress draws (30%/60%/90%/final) on waterproofing projects?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Generate progress invoices against any job. Each draw computes the cumulative billed amount minus what previous draws billed, so the math against the schedule of values is always correct. Retainage (typically 5-10%) is held back automatically and released as a final retainage invoice on completion.

Does Invoicerus produce AIA G702/G703 billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Switch any invoice to AIA G702/G703 format. The application for payment cover sheet (G702) and continuation sheet (G703) with schedule of values render to PDF and can be sent directly to the GC or owner. Progress draws and retainage flow through automatically.

Can I generate lien waivers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Invoicerus produces all four standard forms - conditional and unconditional, progress and final - with state-specific text for CA, FL, TX, and NY. Sign electronically, attach to the corresponding invoice, and send to the owner in exchange for payment.

Where do I track my Certificates of Insurance (COI)?

Upload your GL, Workers Comp, Auto, Umbrella, and other policies. Set effective and expiration dates and Invoicerus alerts you 30, 14, 7, and 0 days out so you renew before a GC kicks you off the job. Email the COI directly to a GC from the dashboard with the additional insured, primary and non-contributory, and waiver of subrogation endorsements attached.

Are platform fees taken from my customer payments?

Accepted Answer

No. Invoicerus charges a flat subscription. We never take a percentage of what your customer pays you. You keep 100% of customer payments minus only your payment processor's fees (Stripe or Klarna).
