1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Invoicerus platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Invoicerus provides a cloud-based platform for service businesses, including online booking, scheduling, invoicing, payment processing, team management, and customer communication tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
One person or business may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscription & Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions continue at their current rate until renewal.
Failure to pay may result in account suspension or downgrade to a free tier.
Platform transaction fees apply to payments processed through the platform as specified in your plan.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Invoicerus. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the Service. We will not access your data except to provide support (with your permission), ensure platform security, or comply with legal obligations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
Upload malicious code or content that violates third-party rights.

7. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoicerus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
